What should I do if I receive fewer items than I ordered?

If you find that the quantity of items in your order is less than what you paid for, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the package. We recommend providing evidence such as unboxing photos or videos to help us verify the claim quickly. Once confirmed, we will either send you the missing items or process a refund for the missing quantity.
